Although the jig separators have different types, they have the same working principle. The crushed crud ore enters the jig separator with appropriate particle size, then evenly enters into feed chute through the feeding device, the down moving swing link does up and down moves in the eccentric link system during operation of the down moving jigger. The pendulum does the regular swing up and down and drives the movement of eardrum and vertebral body, thus make the water flow in the jigger moves up and down regularly. The water flow of the jig separator is sine wave pulsating flow due to the sine wave curve generated by eccentric Link system. Sine wave pulsation curve makes the water flow in the jigger to form a vertical alternating force, so the ore material entered the tank is re-layered into different layers under the vertical alternating force.
