Typically, jaw crusher is used in the primary crushing, and the impact crusher is used in the secondary crushing. Usually, according to the quarry conditions, mobile crushers are also used in the feldspar quarrying. This whole process can form a closed circuit for aggragates.

Rubber mobile crusher is a series of rock and construction waste crushing equipment developed by my company. It has greatly expanded the concept of crushing operation. Its design concept eliminates the environment, the ground, complex basic configuration and complex logistics which bring customers breaking barriers. And it really provides efficient, low cost hardware facilities of operation of the project for the customer.

Vibratory tumblers use a motor to vibrate the base beneath the barrel or bowl that holds the rocks, water, and abrasive grit. The action of a vibratory tumbler is somewhat reminiscent of a paint shaker at your local hardware store. Just like with a rotary tumbler, as the barrel vibrates, it creates friction between the rocks and grit to help smooth and polish them.

A high-performance 1,050-mm belt feeder, with hydraulic gearbox drive, is fitted to the machine as standard and has proven performance and versatility in demanding and varied working environments. The hopper has an 8 cu m (10.5 cu yd) capacity as standard and can be fitted with a 14-ft tipping grid or 12-ft vibrating grid.

Metso's Nordberg® MP1250 cone crusher features a push button disassembly for routine maintenance. If needed, modular components can be easily replaced.

TAKRAF roll crushers are designed for capacities of up to 14,000 t/h and are driven by powerful drive units in order to even crush hard or ductile material without stalling. The crushing process creates a minimum of fines in the product and can also handle sticky and/or wet material without clogging of the rolls. The machines can be employed for medium hard material types up to 200 MPa compressive strength; for example: coal, ore, limestone, overburden and oil sands.

As part of an expansion project, Savage Stone upgraded its primary excavator to the Volvo EC750E to meet increased production while handling the uber-abrasive environment and 12-hour shifts.

There is an industrial need to have easy access to product use phase (MoL) information, in order to better provide a value adding combination of products and services for customers (Lejon and Jeppsson 2015). On the other hand, manufacturing companies still have a traditional engineering approach to the tangible part of engineering and leave the intangible service element to intuitive processes and methods (Cavalieri and Pezzotta 2012). The shift from traditional product centric product development to PSS development is an opportunity to create radical innovations (McAloone and Andreasen 2004), but it requires an increased awareness of complex lifecycle issues, including variance of stakeholders and societal issues. Cavalieri and Pezzotta have discussed using virtual environments for interaction between service providers and clients and visualizing new service concepts. A similar approach is part of our UIW-concept, as well. Virtual environments and virtual prototyping enables extending the virtual phase of the product lifecycle towards service planning and management, thus integrating traditional PLM and SLM (Service Lifecycle Management).

We work closely with our clients to provide them with on-site editorials geared towards finding out what their clients think of them and their products. Editorials can be delivered with on-site recorded interviews, professional ground photography and our NEW aerial photography offering using our own DRONE to deliver shots that come alive in the stories. HUB-4 are fully insured for this and have two fully qualified CAA approved drone pilots who fully understand the safety issues when flying at quarries and plants.
