Since rice husk ash contains a large amount of active silica, it is an ideal pozzolanic material. It is well known that lime reacts with pozzolanic component to form calcium-silicate cement. In this paper, hydrated calcium silicate (CaO·SiO2·nH2O) and hydrated calcium aluminate (CaO·Al2O3·mH2O) can be generated with Ca(OH)2 from lime and SiO2, Al2O3 from RHA and expansive soil under the water environment. The chemical product is ideal cementitious material and water insoluble. The silicate gel proceeds immediately to coat and bind clay lumps in the soil and to block off the soil voids. Along with these cementitious materials gradually transforming from gel state to crystalline state, the particles of expansive soil are joined together and consolidated. In time, this gel gradually crystallizes into well-defined calcium silicate hydrates such as tobermorite and hillebrandite. The microcrystals can also mechanically interlock. As a result, the strength and rigidity increase and the swelling performance decrease when the soil is cured for some time.
It is also important to see to it that gold is prevented from floating on the water, a common problem with very tiny gold. This might seem strange to a beginner, but the surface tension of the water is actually enough to cause gold to float! Breaking the surface tension of water using jet dry or dish washing soap by simply adding a few drops in the pan would help, especially when doing the final clean up.

Nickel has many important properties that contribute to its widespread use in industry, these properties include: corrosion resistance, conductive and magnetic properties, and its capability for electromagnetic shielding. Conductive nickel pastes are often used in capacitors: these thin layers of pastes are produced by using powders with very small spherical particles, to give tight packed layers that help increase conductivity. Nickel coated graphic particles are used for electromagnetic shielding in seals, gaskets, and consumer electronic products such as laptops and phones. The breakdown of primary nickel consumption in the US in 2012 is shown in Figure 1; the end-uses of nickel are shown in Figure 2.
